Sebastian Torino guarantees the perfection of these shirts by taking full responsibility for resolving any issues free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>This way, you can be sure you will always get the perfect result you paid for.<\/p>\n<h4>In which cases can you request an intervention?<\/h4>\n<p>You can request an intervention in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sizing issue<\/strong> &#8211; errors that can rarely occur either during measurement by the customer or during the tailoring of the shirt<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufacturing defects<\/strong> &#8211; internal checks are carried out manually garment by garment, so occasionally an imperfection may be missed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-compliance with the order<\/strong> &#8211; since the shirt is handcrafted, errors relative to what was requested may occasionally occur. In this case, the order\u2014which always remains accessible to the customer from their account area\u2014serves as proof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In all these cases, Apposta covers the full cost of the resolution, including return shipping to Sebastian Torino and the delivery back to the customer.<\/p>\n<h4>How to request an intervention?<\/h4>\n<p>You can submit an intervention request within 10 days of receiving the shirt. Send your request to customer care via email at <a href=\"mailto:sebastian.moda@gmail.com\">sebastian.moda@gmail.com<\/a>, specifying the issue encountered. Based on the type of problem, customer care will advise you on how to proceed.<\/p>\n<p>Intervention is only possible if the shirt has not been used or washed, unless otherwise indicated by customer care.<\/p>\n<p>If you are asked to return the garment, you may use the original packaging or any other box of suitable size; we will promptly arrange for an express courier to collect the package at the address you provide.<\/p>\n<h4>How we intervene<\/h4>\n<p>Depending on the type of issue, we evaluate the best way to intervene: by altering the garment whenever possible, or by tailoring a new one. In all cases, at no charge to the customer.
