We invite you to read the general terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions, which may change over time, are applicable to all users and visitors of sebastiantorino.com.

1. Prices

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (20%).
  • There are no additional costs beyond those clearly indicated in the grand total of the “order summary”.
  • None of our items are subject to customs duties if sent within the European Union. Customs duties may only be applied if the recipient’s address is located in a non-European Union country (including Switzerland and San Marino). The amount of the duty will be calculated by customs officers at the time of package inspection and therefore cannot be calculated in advance. The amount must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

We reserve the right to make changes regarding the price, description, and/or availability of products without prior notice. Please always check prices before ordering. We also reserve the right to limit the orderable quantities for any product and/or special promotion.

2. Payments

You can choose from the following options:

  • PayPal
  • Satispay

Payment with PayPal and Satispay takes place through the secure systems of PayPal and Satispay, in real time. In both cases, Sebastian Camicie does not acquire the user’s payment data (credit card details or PayPal code).

The production of the ordered item begins as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.

3. Products

We have done our best to display the colors and textures of the fabrics appearing on this site as accurately as possible. However, the colors and textures you actually see vary according to the configuration of your monitor and graphics card, so we cannot guarantee that they will be displayed faithfully. Please also refer to the color indicated in the fabric sheet.

All fabrics indicated as cotton mean 100% cotton.

4. Measurements and styles

All our garments are made based on the measurements and indications provided, and before shipping, every single shirt is thoroughly checked to ensure that the measurements match the order placed.

You can choose from the following options:
a) opt for a standard size;
b) opt for a custom shirt, provided the measurements have already been taken in the store.

a) Standard measurements refer to the neck size of the finished shirt. For example, if your neck circumference is 40 cm, enlarged by a couple of centimeters for comfort, your size will be 42. Apposta sizes, available from 37 to 49, refer to the average European build.

b) If you choose to provide us with the measurements of a shirt you already own, you will receive a shirt identical to the original. However, please note that in general we cannot guarantee that the style and cut will be identical. The appearance of the shirt obviously also depends on the other pattern elements selected.

Two shirts ordered at different times may differ slightly. This is because we are continuously committed to improving the style and design of our shirts, which may thus change in detail over time. But also because fabric colors may vary slightly. Even with modern dyeing techniques, different rolls of fabric may have non-identical shades.

5. Customer Care

The purpose of Sebastian Camicie is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason the garment sent to you is defective, damaged, or does not comply with the order confirmation, Sebastian Camicie will replace it. 6. Shipping

All our products are normally delivered to your home within a maximum of two weeks. There are special circumstances (holidays, special occasions, transport delays, etc.) for which actual delivery may be delayed by a few days.

7. Personal Information

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not disclose any of the data you provide us to third parties. Furthermore, at any time, you can access and modify all your personal data that we collect online.
